About
Quality engineering as a discipline — not a department.
I lead end-to-end delivery and quality — turning engineering complexity into predictable releases. Fifteen years across Deep-Tech, FinTech, Telecom, and Cyber, in environments where a bad release doesn't just cost money — it breaks trust.
I work upstream: release governance, cross-functional coordination, risk-based planning, CI/CD gates, and AI-based tools that streamline engineering and quality processes. Quality is the precision of the first decision, not the last.

15 years. Seven companies. Two products. One discipline.

Apr 2026 – PresentOpen to my next leadership role — and not waiting around for it. Designed, built, and now operate two live AI products end-to-end: Backstage Copilot, a privacy-first, on-device real-time meeting co-pilot (~320ms answer retrieval across Zoom, Meet, and Teams); and Trevo.work, an AI job-discovery engine for the Israeli tech market that scans hundreds of companies daily across 15 sources, deduplicates roles into canonical postings, and ranks them by personal fit — wrapped in what I believe is the most complete job-seeker toolset in the market (CV analysis, a per-job ATS CV builder with DOCX/PDF export, interview prep, salary benchmarking, and a research-grounded career-fit assessment). Production systems: Next.js + Supabase Postgres, a Python collector on a 4×/day schedule, a multi-provider LLM chain (Gemini → OpenAI → Claude failover) with per-user BYOK, full RTL Hebrew/English, observability, and live billing. The same release discipline I bring to engineering teams — now applied to shipping and running products, not just governing them.

Quality Engineering Lead· Prisma Photonics
Aug 2025 – Apr 2026Led the QA function as a central quality-governance practice for a Deep-Tech sensing and monitoring platform serving critical infrastructure — a hands-on technical leader orchestrating cross-functional coverage across manual testing, automation, backend validation, and integration. Managed and mentored 3 QA engineers as a single, accountable delivery unit, and built a full-stack automation program from scratch as a central release-quality backbone: 300+ automated tests across critical release paths, with CI/CD quality gates in GitHub Actions governing release readiness. Owned end-to-end quality coverage for customer-facing UI, dashboards, and real-time simulations, and validated backend APIs, workflows, load, and performance — governing release risk ahead of delivery. Integrated AI-assisted workflows for failure diagnostics and coverage-gap detection — reducing manual investigation effort and accelerating defect triage. Reported to the R&D Group Manager; partnered with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to align stakeholders and coordinate cross-team release delivery.

QA Manager· Sensorz
Jan 2024 – Apr 2025Owned end-to-end delivery governance for an IoT & Digital Twin SaaS for Private LTE/5G monitoring (software + RF sensors), orchestrating cross-functional execution against release predictability and operational risk control as the central owner of delivery governance across hardware and software tracks. Stood up the QA function from the ground up as part of the leadership team, led and mentored the team across field validation, integration, and automation — with weekly 1:1s and execution routines that synchronized QA milestones with hardware and software cycles. Designed release governance (DoR/DoD, risk-based planning, go/no-go protocols) as the central gating framework, accelerating delivery cadence from monthly to bi-weekly and doubling delivery throughput. Cut regression cycle time from ~4 business days to ~6 hours by restructuring automation and CI pipelines, while enabling hotfix turnaround in under one hour across 100+ deployed sensors. Aligned stakeholders across R&D, Hardware, Product, DevOps, and Field Support to prioritize risks and resolve production issues — supported by weekly KPI dashboards (cycle time, escape rate, MTTR) presented to the VP of R&D and C-level for go/no-go decisions.

Quality Assurance Team Lead· Investing.com
Aug 2021 – Sep 2023Led the central QA process for mobile products at a high-traffic fintech platform serving 50M+ users, acting as the cross-functional bridge across squads and aligning R&D, Product, and Support on delivery quality. Matrix-managed an offshore QA chapter of 6 engineers across 3 cross-functional squads in multiple countries — using weekly 1:1s, mentoring pairs, QA syncs, and transparent delivery dashboards — with zero attrition and multiple internal promotions. Owned release readiness end-to-end (entry/exit criteria, risk-based planning, defect triage, and go/no-go checkpoints with Product and R&D), reaching 99% Xray requirements coverage and reducing production defect escape by ~35% within 8 months. Led cross-team release coordination with Development and Product, managing dependencies and checkpoints to cut release cycle time by ~20%, and rolled out BDD and DoR/DoD quality gates across squads — improving acceptance-criteria clarity and reducing sprint rework.

Senior QA Tech Lead· AT&T Israel R&D Center
Aug 2016 – Aug 2021Owned technical QA execution and release readiness end-to-end for enterprise billing systems and distributed services, orchestrating cross-functional delivery quality with a focus on API/microservices integration and performance validation in Agile delivery. Acted as the central, single point of quality accountability for key billing and client-platform areas, governing test scope, risk coverage, and release-readiness criteria. Defined and drove the API/microservices test strategy across integration correctness, data consistency, and failure isolation (Java/Spring Boot, Oracle, Kafka), and led a cross-team API investigation that contributed to a ~20% reduction in API response times across multiple releases. Drove testability improvements with engineering teams — tightening acceptance criteria and embedding TDD/BDD into the delivery process — and expanded into broader QA program leadership across LOB projects, including matrix coordination of testers across multiple product areas.

What I'm Looking For
Organizations with real systems, real pain, and the maturity to treat quality as an engineering discipline — not a testing department.
Ideally: Deep-Tech, SW/HW, Cyber, or complex production environments. Technical Project Manager, Delivery Lead, Head of QA, or Quality Engineering roles where delivery and quality have a seat at the engineering table — including teams building and testing AI-native products. Currently open to my next role — and in the meantime, shipping and operating two live AI products of my own keeps me close to the build.
